We have been manufacturing taps for over 80 years. From the beginning, we have been doing our best in engineering and research to develop and supply the best-suited taps that satisfy each of our customers' tapping conditions and satisfy their common requirements; in addition, we strived to manufacture fasteners more efficiently. Based on our accumulated knowledge and long experience of over 80 years, we shall further make continuous efforts in quickly developing taps that satisfy your diversified needs.
Our products are related to the manufacture of screws, which are important components of various machines and have a wide range of applications. Therefore, our product lineup is also extremely diverse. Here, we will introduce some of the representative products that we manufacture and sell.
We respond to our customers' needs and specifications with technical support, and provide individually designed and manufactured products. For example, we supply taps that are optimal for meeting a variety of usage conditions, such as taps with guide pins, taps with reamers, taps with dissimilar-diameter reamers, tandem taps, and spiral taps.

Bent Shank Taps
Tap used in automatic screw machines.

Nut Taps
Mainly used for nut processing on nut tapping machines (vertical lathes).

Fluteless Taps (Forming Taps)
Taps that do not have cutting edges and form a female thread by plastic deformation are used for bent shank taps and nut taps.

Interrupted Taps
|
Tap in which the cutting part has odd number of flutes, and each land ridges is alternately excluded. Low tapping torque makes interrupted taps suitable for processing immalleable materials such as stainless steel and heat-resistant alloys with hardened surfaces. |
