Major Products   Uses and Characteristics
Bent Shank Taps: Allows tapped nuts to automatically pass through bent shank portion, enabling continuous tapping without reversal or stopping of the machine.
Guide Piece: Guide piece can prevent angled nuts from tapping.
Spiral Fluted Taps: Suitable for tapping spline nuts—nuts with notched grooves on the inside walls.
Mitsuya Type: This type of bent shank tap can be used for special tapping machines.
Auto Tap Type: This type of bent shank tap can be used for special tapping machines.
AH Bent Shank Taps (Coupler Type): Tap nib and bent shank are connected mechanically by the coupler. If AH tap overloads, the coupler will break free to prevent damage to the tap nib and bent shank.
Bent Shank Reamers: Available for making precise and smooth finishing holes before threading.
Nut Taps: Useful for nut tapping.
AH Nut Taps (Coupler Type): Tap nib and straight shank are connected mechanically by the coupler. If AH tap overloads, the coupler will break free to prevent damage to tap nib and straight shank.
Fluteless Taps (Forming Taps): No chips are discharged, and therefore, fewer tapping problems are encountered and more stable operation is achieved.
Fluteless Bent Shank Taps with Guide(Forming Taps): No chips are discharged, and therefore, fewer tapping problems are encountered and more stable operation is achieved. Available bent shank tapping machines.
Spiral Fluted Taps: It enables smooth chip discharge.
Spiral Pointed Taps: This type of taps is very effective in through hole tapping.
Pipe Thread Taps: American tapered-pipe thread taps are also available.
Interrupted Taps: Tap in which the cutting part has odd number of flutes, and each land ridges is alternately excluded. Low tapping torque makes interrupted taps suitable for processing immalleable materials such as stainless steel and heat-resistant alloys with hardened surfaces.
